Cookie monster

I don't eat cookies often, but when I do ...

Well ... it can get out of hand. I remember the last time I tried to give up cookies for a few months. I failed miserably. 

Christmas cookies will be all around in a month. I must not give in. I can find other things to stave off the craving, and perhaps indulge in something else that won't end in a binge. 

But cookies ... bye. Until sometime in March.

On another note about what I'm doing this week ... for those who don't understand the need for a support system when cutting out foods and making healthy decisions, please think about what kind of comment you're going to leave. I don't care whether that's here or Facebook or Twitter.
