Busting out the Bosu (again!)

Bosu ballI love the Bosu ball. I just don't know why I don't use it more often. This week, though, I've got it out a couple of times. I have a long way to go to make workouts with it feel completely satisfying, but I'm taking small steps to make that happen. Tonight I had a good variety on it for 20 minutes or so, totaling 42 push-ups, 25 squats, 70 sit-ups (including 20 "crunchy frogs"), about a minute's worth of balance and the bird dog again (two 20 counts). If I can keep doing these things a couple of times a week this month it will become routine. That routine will only help with my running. Getting to that routine, though, is a major constant trouble I have.
