Why is it that when you think about moving it doesn't seem like such a pain? Then when you do it, it's one of the worst things you can ever do? But when it's over, there's a huge sense of accomplishment. Kind of like a race actually. Anyway, for a little while, moving stuff is over. My body has had a great workout in the past couple of days, although it really cut into my running. This will be the lowest mileage of the year, easily, but I know that I needed to give myself an "off" week. I haven't given myself much of a break all year, and a few days without running will do me some good.
